Your email address, the profile details you enter (name, headline, location, bio, skills), and content you create: posts, messages, connections, event RSVPs, job applications and service listings.
Only to run YELO Frog: signing you in, showing your profile to other members (if public), delivering messages and notifications, and answering AI Assistant questions about your own data. We do not sell your data. YELO shows a small number of local ads, always labelled Sponsored, chosen only by suburb and category — never by tracking you across other apps or reading your messages.
Questions you send to Hey Yelo, plus the Yelo data needed to answer them, are processed by an AI provider (currently Lovable AI) to produce an answer. They are not stored by the provider or used to train models. YELO only ever uses data you are already allowed to see. When you ask Hey Yelo to search the web, only your search words are sent to the web-search provider (currently Lovable AI's built-in web search) — never your name, messages or Yelo data. Web results link to outside websites. Other outside providers are not connected yet; when they are, this page will say exactly what is shared with each one. Your Hey Yelo chats are saved to your Yelo account so you can reopen them; only you can see them and you can delete any chat at any time. To choose the right tool, your latest question (only) is first read by the AI provider. Voice input is recognised by your own browser or device — Yelo does not receive a recording.
Public profiles, posts and listings are visible to signed-in members. Messages are visible only to sender and recipient. You can make your profile private in Settings.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my account.
